Hierarchical Methodology:
This is a simple methodology in which you optimize the entire design in one ac_shell
process. Constraints are applied to the top-level and a single do_optimize command is called.
Envisia synthesis works on the full design problem in a single run.

Bottom-Up Methodology:
This is a fairly simple but time-consuming methodology. The design is partitioned into
synthesizable blocks. Constraints are created for each block which may be default constraints
or fairly accurate constraints created from a manual budgeting process, or some mix of the two.
Each block is optimized separately according to those constraints, and the design is integrated
at intermediate levels of hierarchy and/or at the top-level.

Bottom-Up-Top-Down Methodology:
The bottom-up-top-down methodology is similar in concept to the bottom-up methodology
discussed above, but the propagation of information from the top-level bring-together of the
design to the constraints, or budgets, of the lower-level blocks is automated by Envisia
synthesis.
