помогите настроить SAU510-USB + CCStudio

может кто сможет помочь в настройке взаимодействия емулятора SAU510-USB CCStudio v 3.1.19.
Сначала ни коде композер, ни xdsprobe его не видели (выдавали
сообщение):

The explanation is:
The controller has detected a target power loss.
The user may have failed to turn-on or connect its source.

Хотя на выводах JTAG напряжения пристствовали (тактовая соединена на
борде выв. 9 и выв.11 замкнуты)
Потом в файле c:\CCStudio_v3.1\cc\bin\BrdDat\ccBrd0.dat прописал полный путь до c:\CCStudio_v3.1\cc\bin\sm510usb.dll
это не помогло, тогда я обратил внимание, что файл
c:\CCStudio_v3.1\cc\bin\Board.cfg содержит только одну строчку:
;cfg-2.0
я переименовал файл sm510usb.cfg в Board.cfg после этого заработал xdsprobe и xdsreset.
Сейчас xdsprobe -iv выдает следующее:

то есть, вроде все тесты проходят, но при запуске кодэ композера, при
попытке соединится с емулятором он выдает ошибку чтения памяти:

Fatal Error during: Memory,
An unknown error prevented the emulator from accessing the processor
in a timely fashion.
It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each
target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled
or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.
