I, as others, encountred problems with source code debugging in latest Proteus (commands 'Step Into', 'Step Over' don't work). After some experiments I seem to have found a way to enable it. The method is not perfect, but everything seems working OK. Use it at your own risk.
You have to open file ISIS.EXE in hex editor (e.g. WinHex) and change byte at location 000737BA from 75h to EBh. Don't forget to make backup copy.
Or you can use patch I have attached to this message: simply but it in the 'BIN' directory of Proteus and run. (It is only valid for Proteus 6.9 SP4 executable, previous versions may have different locations)
