Про доступность и цены ничего не знаю.
Вообще, рынок USB предполагает массовые тиражи устройств. Для нас выгоднее использовать свой любимый микроконтроллер и внешний интерфейс шины. USBN9603, например. Недавно получил бесплатные образцы. И штучно они доступны со складов в России.
