Requirements:
Masters Degree in Electronics or Computer Science. Experience of 5 years in analog or mixed-signal IC design. Knowledge of broad array of technical issues facing SAPD (Sensor and Analog Products Division). Technical leadership and project management skills. Good English language skill (both oral and written).

Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer specifications give us a competitive advantage by allowing best use of our technologies and capabilities. Communicate the solutions efficiently to the team for other projects, if applicable. Participate in specification negotiation and IC architecture. Propose circuit or architecture changes to improve design. Develop one or more areas of expertise in terms of analog design. Work on the IC design – simulation, testability, matching and other. Teach design techniques to the junior designers. Provide feedback and areas that the design team should review and cover. Provide guidance on ensuring customer feedback to NPI process/programs/projects.
