генерит файл, состоящий из одной записи

FEATURE mentorall_s mgcld 2004.1 31-dec-2018 uncounted \
9DD1F1842DA5DA1E43D2 VENDOR_STRING=839226D8 \
HOSTID=4c0010a2d6a7 ISSUER=ROR

при попытке подсунуть ЛицензеВизарду моделсимовскому выдается:
License file error: The file pathname specified does not contain a licenses known to the License Wizard. Please correct the pathname and press ok.

При включении этой строки в состав прежнего license.dat (в коем прописаны лицензии еще на десяток прог) выдает следующую бадягу:

An error in the license file has been found.
The license file has the incorrect machine host id.
The host id is the second argument on the line that
begins with SERVER.
The license file lists the host id as: 0
Valid hostid's for this server are:
4c0010a2d6a7
4c0010a2d6a7
The Server host ID does not match any available host ID.
Possible causes for this problem are:
1. This license file is not for this machine.
2. The dongle for this machine is not attached.
3. The dongle driver has not been installed.
4. The driver has been installed but the machine has not been restarted.
You will need to fix this problem before the license server
will successfully run on this machine.
Please re-run the License Wizard to continue validation of the license file.
