EP1K10QC208 Pin-outs Version 1.3 do not have information
about pins for 208-pin PQFP:
33, 48, 91, 130, 201 (in version 1.0 it was VCCINT)
22, 42, 118, 146 (in version 1.0 it was VCCIO)
6, 23, 32, 43, 109, 117, 129, 145, 151 (in version 1.0 was GNDINT)

(in attachment pin-outs version 1.3 and 1.0)

Note 1 say:
"All pins that not listed are user I/O pins."
But they are not IO pins.

Where I must their connect?

Acex1K Data Sheet say:
"Devices in the same package are pin-compatible, although some devices have more I/O pins than others."

But if i do not connect this power pin
EP1K30 (after migration from EP1K10) will not work in my PCB.

The new version has missing pins as you have stated so please refer to the older version and I have requested that the new version be updated asap. Thanks for pointing this out to us.
